This request returns a specific form 1099-R for a member.
Form 1099-R is an IRS form that reports distributions from annuities, profit-sharing plans, retirement plans, IRAs, insurance contracts and/or pensions. Forms 1099-R are also produced for any rollovers, Roth conversions, and recharacterizations made to traditional, Roth, SEP, SIMPLE, and beneficiary IRAs.
